What is onramp?
OnRamp is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a healthy and active LIFE. As such, it is important for you to attend the requisite OnRamps before attending the normal class. The amount of time spent in OnRamp can vary from person to person depending on how quickly you catch on to the movements.
Onramp sessions is every Monday night 19:00 - 20:00.
